1/6 Opening up: A ringed structure, like the ramp and the car service building shall be de­materialized, along with some of the dense facades. This will give space for our focal points, complement and focus issues. Open spaces on the west and the ground floor will create vibrant outdoor spaces that is accessible from the campus.

2/6 Maintaining the grid: The existing structure is maintained, and shall be an internal part of the interior spaces. The framing halls, lobbies and classrooms will emerge in accordance to this grid module of the original structure.

3/6 Building Extension: The extension shall be horizontal to ensure continuity between the square and the body of the campus. New structural members shall be in alignment with the existing grid.

4/6 Circulation Pattern: Three circulation cores penetrate the building. The original front stairs shall serve the entrance of the Club building and will act as secondary access to the training center. The visitors of the campus can also access the building from the upper street entering the side circulation core. Two surface parking spots accommodate for 23 additional cars.

5/6 Exposing the grid: The original structure of the building is exposed and celebrated, a new skin mimics the structure with new column and beams that carry the new glass façade of the building.

6/6 Roof canopies: The grid extends towards the roof level, to create a new module that shall provide the roof with shading canopies. This would create a more viable seating area on the roof of the building.
