Arab Bank Campus
Exposing the Structural Grid
The adaptive reuse of an existing parking structure into a modern learning campus for Arab Bank employees reimagines the building’s original framework as the driving force behind its transformation. By preserving and exposing the structural grid, the design establishes a cohesive architectural language that extends from the façades to the interior organization of training halls, labs, and collaborative spaces. The horizontal expansion aligns with the inherited grid, ensuring spatial harmony between the old and new while accommodating evolving programmatic needs.

1/6 Opening up: A ringed structure, like the ramp and the car service building shall be dematerialized, along with some of the dense facades. This will give space for our focal points, complement and focus issues. Open spaces on the west and the ground floor will create vibrant outdoor spaces that is accessible from the campus.
