Multistorey Warehouse

Located in Dubai South, this pioneering multi-tenant warehouse development is the first of its kind in the region, rising ground plus six floors with 49 units. Unlike conventional facilities, the project integrates dedicated loading and unloading yards on every level, allowing trucks to load and unload directly into each warehouse unit. A large double-lane ramp enables 40-foot HGV trucks to seamlessly access all floors, ensuring maximum operational efficiency. Architecturally, the façade is designed with a bold vertical language that emphasizes monumentality, establishing the project’s iconic identity. This design expression extends across the ramp and truck yards with a unified screen, reinforcing the development’s unique and innovative character.
