Meydan Haven Masterplan

The new development at Meydan Racecourse will introduce a residential community as part of the existing master plan. The design carefully integrates new landscaped elements, ensuring both visual harmony and physical connection with the overall plan. The layout of central spines and public spaces within each community draws inspiration from the fluid, graceful movements of equestrian sports. Over time, design features reflecting these flowing lines will be incorporated throughout the development.
