The building masses are shifted and rotated to capture optimal views of the beachfront, ensuring that the majority of the rooms enjoy direct sea views—a key design objective from the outset. The masses are also staggered vertically. This layering allows the structure to breathe, creating open terraces, green pockets, and spaces for hotel amenities such as lounges, pools, and outdoor dining areas.
